Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CV-365 ("the Service"), operated by Circuvent Technologies ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including workspace administrators, members, viewers, and guests.

2. Description of Service

CV-365 is an all-in-one productivity and collaboration platform that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Document editing (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Team communication (Chat, Video Meetings)
  • Project management (Tasks, Calendar, Time Tracking)
  • File storage and management (Drive)
  • Knowledge management (Wiki, Notes, Bookmarks)
  • Creative tools (Whiteboard, Forms, Polls)
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Administrative tools and user management

3. Account Registration

To use CV-365, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CV-365 to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through CV-365. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Content

The CV-365 platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Circuvent Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of CV-365 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of CV-365, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
  • Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
  • Suspend service temporarily for security or technical reasons

8. Data and Backups

While we maintain regular backups, we recommend that you export and maintain your own copies of important data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:

  • User error (accidental deletion)
  • Third-party service outages (e.g., cloud infrastructure)
  • Force majeure events

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CV-365 if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your Profile Settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuvent Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of CV-365.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

CV-365 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of CV-365 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
